1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or subscribing to Multistream Platform (multistreamingplatform.com), operated by Multistream Platform LLC, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Broadcaster Obligations & Content License
You retain all ownership rights to the content you stream. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary licenses, copyrights, and broadcast rights for the audio, music, video, and imagery transmitted through our relays. Broadcasting illegal, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Availability and 99.99% Edge SLA
Multistream Platform makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.99% edge relay uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via status dashboards with reasonable advance notice.

4. Subscription Billing, Upgrades, and Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your studio dashboard. Refunds are governed by our 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee.

5. Fair Use Streaming Policy
Accounts with unlimited streaming allocations are subject to our automated Fair Use policy to prevent automated denial-of-service or unauthorized third-party commercial re-selling without an enterprise contract.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
